I attended a local EAA poker run (for a/c and cars).  It was a gorgeous day
in Central Texas.  The local Cobra club showed up to represent the "car
guys".  Thought you would enjoy this picture.  By the way, my PPort 20B
Lancair was the fastest of the bunch.  ;-)

for going faster than 220 MPH at Reno. He went 229 MPH.

The Everett Hatch memorial prize is now set to 240 MPH.

Can you average 240 MPH for 500 miles?
