Sell the O-200 and put in twin AIXRO's pushers.
Since the AIXRO's are 37 pounds each the engine weight will be
about 25 pounds less so a CG adjustment may be necessary.

2 chains to one 4 inch ceramic thin section bearings aluminum prop
shaft might work.
