Hi Paul, certainly hope some of the last jpg images I sent did not
damage your system some way. I was'nt aware the images were so large.

I am getting more response from bearing suppliers in China. Still
working out details with them as they can only communicate with me two
or three times each night until I need to sleep.

The american suppliers want $500+ each unit, and try to sell them
initially up to $1000 each unit. Turns out there are actually only a
handful of our size in country anyway.

Here are the general specs being offered for the preferred size 6821
common bearing 105x130x13mm
Hybrid ceramic Open cage deep groove radial for handling longitudinal
loads fore and aft.
440c stainless rings rockwell C 60 +-2. good to 350F
PTFE cage is the most common for hybrid designs.
Ball number ranges from 27 for 1/4 balls, to 34 for the smaller balls

Only one company has given me pricing. $58 each unit but they may demand
12 units minimum and have requested we send them $220 extra for courier
delivery.

Good luck with your software problem. Makes me anxious that I am
negotiating with these bearing vendors but cannot defer some of the
details over to you, especially about potential loss of funds into the
chinese money pit.
