This is pretty self explanatory.
 To lean the carb you move the entire float
 bowl up and down.

 It is mostly made from Holley stock parts.

 BTW Mark S, if you are building a P-port from scratch
 you could keep one small side port for each rotor
 for the idle system.

Why do you need the throttle plate with a slide throttle?  I wish we could come up with a low pressure carb set up that could be made using off of the shelf parts.  It seems fuel injection has pushed carb technology to the way side,  If a proportioning electric valve could replace the needle and seat and a linear relationship could be established for fuel air mixture so that an analog electronic system could be built. We would not need lookup tables.
I like the idea of placing it right by the slide throttle.

This is much simpler and cheaper than that. Yes it uses off the shelf Holley carb parts. No new tech here. Just age old carb tech. More dwgs soon. We will also need a fuel primer pump we can probably buy off the shelf from AC Spruce.
