I'm looking at your website, and see "Oil Injector Hole Pressure Tap". I
know where this goes, but what does it do?

It provides an intake manifold pressure reading to the computer.
Since intake manifolds come in many flavors it is a standardized why of measuring the amount of air actually  getting past the intake ports into the engine. For Tracy's computer you T them together as there is only one pressure sensor in the computer. Since it has a tiny hole it filters out some of the pressure variations as Tracy only samples it once at some point in the e-shaft rotation. I think. The sample takes only a fraction of a second so any variations due to tuning effects are smoothed out mostly.
