Need advice. Building a custom shaped fuel tank (al) that needs lots of welding.
Light gauge al. Do any of you know of someone who could do such without being
hindered by a lot of warpage? I don't see a source list anywhere? I know boat people
do it all the time.----O&N says they use .040 or .050 6061 or 5052H32 (which is
bendable). Of course dead weight is a factor.

They actually do what you want them to do without  trying to re-engineer it :)
If you send me a dwg I will take it over there and discuss it with them.
Henry is also going need alloy tank liners for his Long EZ to prevent alcohol damage.
