I am planning to use a turbo on my p-port, but every MAP sensor that
 I have found is for pressure or vacuum only. Is there a part number
 for a MAP sensor that someone has used that will read vacuum and go
 up to 14 psi?

 All pressure sensors used so far in efi's are absolute pressure
 sensors. The term vacuum refers to an absolute pressure below 15 psi
 or 29 inches of Hg.

 I believe this is the one Tracy uses in his efi.
 Are you going the 8051 route?

 There are different MAP sensors for the different renges expected in the
running engine. Chrysler had a problem with some years ago and if you knew
which GM one to use there was no more problem. I would look at the Buick turbo
3.8L MAP sensor used on the earlier engines before they went to MAF sensor.
