  Firewall forward is here. You stateside guys keep asking for a firewall
  forward package, well here it is! RV8 package to include a fitted
  cowling,
  test trailer, test prop, less than an hour run time, make sure you have a
  2
  inch ball on your vehicle, and haul it away.

  We have decided to do another trailer mounted version, and a different
  approach as a test rig for a number of different mods, so instead of
  taking
  it apart we will start from scratch again. 12K takes it. The engine and
  trailer are in Texas at our new hangar Silver Wings airport. The cowling
  is
  here in our hangar at Yelm, WA. If you have questions, ask away.

  It will work in an RV-4. We will part it out, less the RV-8 components,
 if
  you are interested? Let you use the trailer to tote it home and than
 bring
  the trailer back, or some accommodation there of.  Milo

  I'd like more information on what this package consists of. What ignition
  system ? Does it have a gear box reduction ? Photos ? What city in Texas
  is
  the airport near? How come the cowling is in Wahington ? Etc.

  The Cowling is here in Yelm, WA and the test trailer is in our new hangar
  at
  Silver Wings Flyin Ranch because we are in the process of moving.
  Silver wings flyin ranch is located about halfway between Kerrville and
  Fredericksburg, TX. We will be there on leave Jul 6th and the 22nd, or we
  have a contact there who can show the unit at anytime.
  As you can probable see the system consist of a Tracy 2.85 :1 drive, and
  computer.
  Standard ignition system in its current configuration.
  Engine is from a 2004 RX8 with 40K miles rear end collision vehicle.
  The package includes trailer, fuel tank, firewall forward engine package
  to
  include, intake manifold w/50mm valve, oil/water cooling system, 6 bladed
  test prop, exhaust system, and a number of other features. We thought it
  best to tune it up on a test stand first to work the bugs out before
  installing it in an airframe, much easier to work on, etc.
  We sought to sell the whole package, but have not found an interested
  buyer.
  We will part it out to an interested party, in fact we could use the
  trailer, fuel cell etc.on our next project.
