This looks like a nice all alloy motor, made in Oz. The side plates are
$2280 Ozzie dollars.

What does the end housing coolant passages look like?

Has it run? At what power level and for how long?

The rotor housings may be a stock part with a trim from machining. Just for cosmetics?
