 Qualifications:

     Extensive experience with 9S12 assembly.

 HC12 is a cool processors, but there majority of the volume is used by one
 company.
 Not wide spread
 from there, so while good learning tool not a lot of call for firmware
 engineers
 compared to some other more popular devices.

 I did a lot of 8061 work, but the best thing was it lead to Power PC
 embedded stuff
 (much more popular, and a decent resume item).

Hey, who's digging up stuff from New Mexico Tech??  That's where I went to
school...  And learned assembly and C based firmware on HC11 EVB's..
