The NSA reads all messages from ACRE
 because they go over seas and the NSA computer
 selects messages with certain key words like "ignition" and
 "trigger". A real person
 is then supposed to read the messages and pass judgment on
 it. Therein lies the
 problem. It is hard to find a good electrical  engineer
 willing to do this work 24
 hours a day 7 days a week  even while being paid over
 $100,000 a year so the
 messages, like the last one, can be delayed for hours. In
 the mean time we are
 spending billions of dollars on this stupid program and the
 bad people know about it
 so they don't use email.

One. the NSA does not stop the message, it copies it and sends it to the NSA to be
checked.

Somebody stops it. When there is that kind of content it sometimes takes an hour or
more. If I ridicule the NSA in the subject box it then goes through in minutes. That
is eactly what happened with this message. I sent it twice. Once with out the subject
box NSA content. The first went out at 9:27 pst. The seconds went out a 10:57 with
the NSA comment. They both came back about 11:00 AM.

This didn't start happening till about 4 years ago when Obama fooled everybody.

So what you are saying is; a private contractor is doing this?
I was in DC at Bolling AFB when they built the new NSA bldg. next door.
