I am talking with the man who has the engine, and I think it's a good
 deal.  Here are
 2 more pics of it and the exhaust set-up.  From Neil's P tpe, the
 exhaust exits the
 firewall end, and you recommend a totally different exhaust set-up.
 right??  so, I
 would need to modify the exhaust, and build the P intake.  Everything
 else looks OK.
 the guy who has the engine says it was built for an AF pilot who got
 transferred
 toDC.  Any way, I should know tomorrow of the next day, so Neil I'll
 let you know
 what's up with me.  Thankyou for offering to help w/info, as it would
 really make a
 big difference having someone with the same plane and engine.

 It is a stock RX8 exhaust manifold. Nothing wrong with it. It will work
 fine if you
 have room for it.

 The cowl alone would be worth $1000 in normal times. (Before or after
 Obama.)
