Last fall a plane crashed in Fort St. John. Short of the runway and came
   down
on a street. Finding was the pilot had been texting and using a cell phone
while setting up to land. A number of altitude changes up and down just
   before
crashing. We have distracted driver laws for idiots in cars. Now it has
   been
released that the law has not reduced crashes in autos. A new finding is
   that
the same drivers that crash also have a dendency to aggressive
   acceleration,
braking and lane changes. Looks like texting while flying MAY be more
   risky.
      HAR HAR.

We already have laws for such folks: The laws of gravity, motion,
thermodynamics, among them. There is no appeal, all judgements final.
We just gotta duck and step aside.

Dont forget the law of natural selection- whether you are an evolutionist
or a creationist, there is no denying the fact that the stupid people have
a way of weeding themselves out if the smarter ones dont help them.
Stupidity kills, its one of the constants in the universe.

Aviation is a self cleaning oven.

Not if the FAA and the NTSB has anything to say about it. Our nanny
government has to appear to be doing something.
