last time i saw anything on running the 13b without a prop it was ok. is that still
true? is filling the chamber with oil and tube still the best way to find top dead
center thanks.

Yes you can run it without a prop but make sure the throttle is working.

Yes the best way to find TDC is a fill the engine with oil and use a clear plastic
tube into a spark plug hole.
