That looks like a fun project.
We had some trouble with the ZBasic board so we are using Arduino ADK now.

You will have some trouble with the shaft drive prop so don't idle
the engine under 2000 RPM. You should be using about a 3:1 gear box.

Don't try to use a flush NACA scoop for cooling as that will not work. Use a P51 type scoop on the side of the fuselage instead.

What brand of wankel rotary engine are you using ?
