I tried to register and it said my email address was already
in use. If so I forgot my user name.

Mint 14 Mate crashes when the workspace switcher is set to 2 rows
and 36 work spaces. (I think)

At that point you cannot resize windows and firefox becomes dysfunctional

In the live versions everything works as advertised. Strange!

It is only after it is installed that it crashes.

Lots of things quit working.

I have been using unbuntu 10.04 and it works fine for several years.

I use CentOS 6 on this Asus notebook and desktop switcher works fine.

I like Mint but this must be fixed or I can't use it.

give it some time I find that very new versions have bugs. Time usually
fixes the bugs. Try 3 months.
