The water manometer in the cockpit was used to trouble shoot the Rotec
low pressure slide throttle carb. The Rotec is a copy of the Ellison.

The end housing are two piece with an aluminium water jacket and cast iron
wear surfaces.

Richard is experimenting with light weight rotors that weigh 2.5 pounds less
than stock and that have no oil seals.
