I found these today and have ordered one for the flap actuator in my plane.

I ordered the adapters for the end and will couple this motor to a fine
thread 5/16 rod, with a corresponding threaded "nut" on the flap torque
tube. Total cost- about 45.00. And, this unit has an output that can be
read by the computer, stopping the flaps wherever I set them to stop with no
additional moving parts. When it gets here and I get it put together, I
will take a pic of it. I have the cheap small boards that will work
perfectly to make it go. And in my usual fashion, it will work without the
computer just by holding the button down.
How about a fully automatic flap actuator for about $75.00?

Kevin ill be interested to see it, changing to electric flaps frees
up center tunnel space for me and means i can drop
the tunnel down for more seat space, but its a $1000 option so i
didn't do it, please keep us updated,
