Needs to pick your brains. As I am looking at Engine for AC use, it
seems that Torsional Vibration is always lurking in the dark, ready to
bite.

I wonder if it is possible to incorporate a Harmonic Balancer,
basically a Torsional Vibration Damper, into a PSRU so it will take
some risk out of AC use?

It is possible but it is an R&D program :)

What we have now works with hundreds of hours.
Many thousands if you add up all flying.

Just getting your airplane flying is project enough :)
