This could be stock for composite airplanes as it is
rather easy to move hard points on a sandwich firewall.
The cost would drop as the cost for computer laser cutting tubes
is cheaper when doing 5 sets or 10 sets at a time.
The tubes could be shipped as a kit for local welding.
That would dramatically reduce the cost of shipping as the tubes
can be in a rather small symmetrical cylindrical package as opposed to a large
box.

Here is another idea to cut the cost of shipping.
Use four low cost $4... 1/4 inch ball joints on the half inch diagonal brace
tubes. I normally specify 1/2 inch tube for this purpose.
The loads are real low anyway and the only reason for using one inch
tubes is because the laser cutter cannot cut anything smaller than 1 inch.
This gives a lot of flexibility on where on the firewall to mount
the brace fittings and everything will fit in a more or less flat box.
This drastically reduce the cost of shipping.
It may be cheaper depending on the cost of laser cutting a one inch
tube.
