This is for Alex's Tango but it will work on most tractor
composite air craft.
It meets the requirements of Industrial Metal Supply in
San Fernando California for laser cut one inch tubes and optional
welding. Some of the parts should be made by your local welder
to cut the cost. IMS is expensive and laser cutting is not required
for most of the small parts. I have the forward cups in stock
at low cost. See the web site.
One offs are expensive so a group buy would be cheaper.

Hey Paul,
I'm sure I'm missing something here. I don't see how the engine is
going to be attached to this device. I see two points at the fan end,
labeled "Welding cups supplied in stock 2", that appear to be places to
attach the engine. Those would do a great job of securing the engine in
the roll axis but I don't see where there is any provision for securing
the engine in the pitch axis.

I got the mm jig done. Here are the pics.
Only took me a few hours. Helps if you have a friction saw blade.
This little drill bit is worth its weight in gold for
drilling sheet metal.
BTW my hangar neighbor Jim Poole worked for Bristol during the later period
of WW II and he told me Bristol used ball joint motor mounts on their sleeve
valve radials.
