Dave Anders showed up at SZP this afternoon. Note the counter
balanced rudder. RV4's did not have counter balanced rudders.

Dave also beefed up the tail in general as going 62 MPH above the VNE
is not wise in an RV. A lot of attention was payed to cooling drag.

It is all in the details. All gaps are sealed. The engine was spouped
up by Lycon.
