This was written back in the late 80's for DOS and Quick Basic
QB64 is largely compatible and it runs on Wind, MAC and Linux.
You just need a way of reading a GPS in from a USB port.
The RS232 was used in DOS.

I obtained the FAA air port data base from Control Data on old fashion
9 track tape. It fit on a 1 meg 5.5 inch floppy zipped.
