This appears to be a rubber boot/cover for the rod end
not a vibration damping rod end. Am I mistaken?

Rear motor mount is a strut with rubber isolated rod ends.

It can go up to a bracket on the firewall or down to a nose
gear if there is one.

I called the company and got a woman in sales.
She never heard of it. She just kept asking me my name
over and over like that made a difference.

She kept telling me they don't make it.

Wrong person in the job. The search engine on their
web site sucks.

I finally went back to google and used the word "isolated".

Magic word.

Here it is part number MFIR-8 made in right hand and
left hand. Allows adjusting the pitch angle for best top
speed and lowest drag. They have LH and RH threaded rods too.

Looks as though they don't stock the LH model, and you can't even order it if it's not in stock. pretty shitty way to do business. Maybe we should set up a group buy, get a price break, and that way they would be more likely to get the LH thread model in to stock. We got 20 rotor builders on here? How many oil pans did you ship?

Half a dozen pans.

Did they tell you how long it takes to get the LH model?

We can design a bracket for the firewall or top mount
that has some rubber in it and use Teflon rod ends instead.
