I just got home after spending spent part of three days at OSH.
I did not manage to find a single rotary powered aircraft on the line.

Also ... I did not see any of our tax dollars at work; no USAF or
AirGuard aircraft in all the usual places. The large Plaza area was
mostly empty for the first two days of my visit. FedEx finally showed up
with one of their big freight-haulers, but aside from that the place was
rather empty.

I suspect that Wisconsin Governor Walker's stand against some of
Washington's favorite causes is the reason for us Wisconsinites being
treated as the ugly sister.

My guess is that the number of attendees was down too. though the
weather was rather cool, even cold, on Monday

Same thing at the Dayton air show. The pointed lack of all military
equipment is a result of the Republicans
allowing Obama's sequester to pass into law unopposed. The presidents
team had full budget authority and chose to make this 2.2% reduction as
obvious and painful as possible. This to be expected when you hire
a man born in Kenya, raised as a Muslim in Indonesia, and converted to
Communism by his grand parents,
to run the USA.
