   Thanks, Bob Darrah did the hard part, I just stood nearby and watched.
   I still need to order 12 bolts and purchase some RTV. Note that the bolt
   heads are not accessible once the snubber is fully assembled.  I plan to
   tack weld each head to prevent turning when checking torque on the nuts.

   Good call on the bolts that hold the spline plate to
   the front part.

   Mark, Why the 12 10 mm holes in the part that bolts to the counter
   weight. Won't hurt but a bit strange.

   The large holes in the spline plate allows pouring in
   liquid RTV around a 1/2 inch ID silicone hose on the 10 mm socket
   head screws. A step drill works well to make them bigger.

Six of the 10mm holes were already drilled when I got the parts. Then we decided to clock the bolts to facilitate assembly, locating them within the paddles.  This resulted in 12 holes, six will be used, the other six are along for the ride. The six holes in the other part allows tightening the 6 - 10mm bolts.  I made them just large enough to fit an allen wrench through.  If we drill them a bit larger, it will allow the bolts to fit through the holes too.  As it is, the 6 - 10mm bolts must be installed before injecting the silicone.  We can always drill them larger at a later date.
