Somehow mixed a C and D rotor into rebuilt motor. Need know what will
happen? I hate tear the motor down

That refers to the weight of the rotor.
There will be an increased couple on the e-shaft affecting
the main bearings. How much I can't say. You may only
notice an increase in vibration. It depends on how long you expect
to use this engine.

Even Mazda put out engines with rotors off by one class. It would be
nice if the counterweights had the same number stamped on them as one of
the rotors. The rotors are so heavy that a few grams is a tiny
percentage of a problem. For race engines going over 10,000 RPM this is
quite a problem as the bearing loads increase dramatically with RPM. For
6,500 RPM not so much. Next time you can balance rotors yourself using a
long 2X4 and some drywall screws. A scale that can detect a dime added
to a rotor. You can
