I installed the 110 volt AC wall powered 500 volt supply in a metal box to save an inadvertent heart attack
if somebody (me) was dumb enough to touch something :)

I also added and on and off switch so I can turn it off quickly if something starts smoking.

It has been working great and thanks again to Philippe DEJEAN for suggesting the design.
This will be used to power the CD modules for the 3 rotor turbo compound test engine.
