I don't recommend porting the RX8 engine. It is cheaper to p-port and
you get far more power.

In the youtube video demonstration of a tandem Autogyro. I believe
the Mazda 12a is the power plant. Could you also have used the 13b .
I am assuming the power  requirement is between 100- 110 hp

Yes. The power could be much higher. Perhaps as much as 150 HP.

    12b spare parts are fully discontinued, while some 13b still remain.
