Thinking of going.  Never been.  How do I get from Tampa airport to
the event.  What's best way to stay and where for the money. Be there
whole time.

Stay at the beach in Clear Water. It is only about a 40 minute drive
and most hotels in  LakeLand are booked.

I am giving 3 forums this year.  April 1 ,2nd and 3rd.
They now have school rooms. No more noisy tents.
I have a lot of video of Mazda airplanes flying.

   If you can fly something into the field and camp ... DO IT!  It is great
   fun!

   Tampa rush hour is a seething hell. Try name brand motels in towns east of Tampa. I live in Zephyrhills about 20 miles north of Lakeland. Be sure to visit Kermit Weeks Fantasy of Flight museum while in Lakeland as it will close this year and be available only for private events.

Thanks for all the help.  Got non stops Denver to Orlando cheaper than to Tampa.  Rent car and staying at Marriot west of Kissimmee. 46 min to s ans f.  I really do prefer to sleep outside but I can sleep when warmer than 65:-)  50 degrees in my house now:-)
