I am in the early stages of considering using a rotary engine in a
pusher configuration in a sea plane application. I would like to have
the engine produce something on the order of 210- 230HP. On what basis
to I consider accomplishing that through turbo charging or with P-port?
I would also appreciate thoughts on the Cook RD1A redrive and the
use of the EC2 controller in this type of application. At this point
I'm not sure I'm even knowledgeable enough to ask the correct questions.
So, if there are other considerations that need to be taken into account
I'd appreciate your input.

230 is no problem for a P-port but a turbo pusher is more practical as
the turbo makes a good muffler. Pushers have limited room for mufflers.
Cozy Girrls AKA CG Products say they are to build copies of Tracy Crook
redrive as Tracy has retired.

Neal Ungar in Oz is working on a design but I am unsure he is willing to
sell copies? If this does not happen I will eventually build a copies of
the Ross.
The gears are less than $200.
