Paul,
Finally got onto the chief of Microtech and yes he is very keen to try one of your coils.  When you are ready send me one and I will deliver personally.

Neil. in Oz

It requires four, one per plug. I'll be testing four  in  two weeks on a RX7  race
car in Florida. I ruined three by improper potting but I have since
learned how to do it successfully. So I am building three more
this week.

Then I am scheduled to go to Germany and demo one to AIXRO
and PVL corporations.

We still plan to come to the Aussi airshow in Sept so
Microtech may have to wait. To get the most benefit
with out  using one of my special trigger assembles
they will have to reprogram the Microtech EFI computer to fire the
plugs 20 degrees BTC and ten degrees there after for six times.

This is similar to a CD system so it fires as soon as it
gets a leading edge on a 100 usec wide pulse.  No dwell time
is required. You might want to pass this info on to the
Microtech people.

I just committed to making a mold for the  plastic high speed optical
trigger device. Two of these will be required 180 degrees apart in the absence
of a properly programed EFI computer for a Mazda 2 rotor.

It was too costly to NC machine from aluminum. The size of this
trigger device is roughly a half inch cube.
