What PC Board makers accept the files?

I am using ExpressPCB right at the moment. Free windows layout
software.

Three  2.5" x 3.8" double side plated hole  boards for $51 US.

I don't know about getting the files sent to a manufacturer, but the
file formats supported are listed on this page.

.brd PCB layout file


I have never heard of this format. With out a list of board makers
that accept this file formate what am I supposed to do. Poll the board makers
and see who accepts this format?
