I got this bipolar NPN latch working but I would like
to get it working with 2N7000 FET's. 12 volts supply.

So far no luck.

Of course both resets are not down
at the same time.

Note the blinking red LED's in the mp4.

This worked like a charm. Rail to rail while the PNP TX version was not rail
to rail. The second FET's were needed because all I had were positive going reset
pulses.
