I got this bipolar NPN latch working but I would like to get it
working with 2N7000 FET's. 12 volts supply.

So far no luck.

Of course both resets are not down at the same time.

Note the blinking red LED's in the mp4.

David, This worked like a charm. Rail to rail while the PNP TX
version was not rail to rail. The second FET's were needed because
all I had were positive going reset pulses.

Glad it worked. Small power MOSFETS like 2N7000 or VN10K are good for
lots of stuff. The 1K resistors from +12 to the FETs seem rather small
-- isn't that a lot of current when those things are on?

I tried 10K and it was not enough current so I went to the other extreme :)
I''l back off on it a bit. I love the rail to rail :)

The full schematic shortly. If it works I will be able to use my ignition
on all existing computer controlled engines. Merely replace
the coils on plugs with a Lamar Instruments Inc CD multi strike
ignitions on plugs :)
