Paul, I am interested in aluminum end housings for possible use on a one
rotor. Is this

current "state of the art" design, or do you have any other idea's
hidden in your vault. I would prefer to do billet, possibly flat plate
wear surface, billet aluminum housing with detachable coolant manifold,
either cast or billet. Would the wear plate require cast iron or some
grade of ground steel.

Det gun is too expensive.
Coatings are problematic so two piece is the way to go.
