We all need a carbon fiber lightweight copy of this real GOOD amphib twin design.......!!! it was even USA certified by reciprocity....I believe. Heavy too.
With a couple of 20Bs or even 13B PPs it would be a winner.

Ironically this air plane had 3 rotor Russian Wankel engines when it was originally built in Russia.

One of my favourite too with its strong ground effect.
