I made a research and talk to the manufacturer regarding the hardness and alloy steel number and this all information I get, they mention the bolts been use as bearing pin.
Now I can see the treating company with all this infos to increase the hardness to 52 c

I think this is the wrong diameter.

As I recall the 2.85:1 shaft is 13.5 mm
