I’ve just been given 60 days to vacate my hangar in Williston, FL as apparently there can be no building of aircraft in municipal hangars, only "preventative and regular maintenance"

I remember reading an article that the EAA objected to this clause and there were some provisions made for us builders, but i can’t find it anywhere. If anyone has any more background on this to share please let me know, so that i can present it to the municipality before having to rehome my project..
