How did you get those holes through those hardened pins ? spark erosion
? Do you know how long it took to do each hole ?

Chris, I tried my carbide drills and they had no problems cutting the
hard steel gears.
It all has to do with the exact brand of carbide drill.
I used Rodman & Company Inc carbide and cobalt tip. Chrome Vanadium
Steel Shank.Made in Germany.
They have an sales office here in LA.
Let me know if you get this Chris as I have been having trouble with
