With a few different exterior plastic panels.

I went to the local Jaguar dealer and knocked on a few panels.
Sure felt like plastic to me. Just like the Saturn. Not fibreglass or carbon fibre.
Thermoplastic!

Stamping dies and presses  cost many millions for sheet metal panels.
I don't think Tesla has that kind of money.

Maybe Tesla is also buying these knockdown kits. The crash and rollover
structure must be metal.

Does any body have any more information on this?
