Paul, Just a couple questions - first, does the forum have an archive.
And I know this has came up before, a transmission to combine two rotary
engines driving one prop, or two counter rotating props.

No it does not. The popular questions are answered on the web site.

If it had an archive it would be over 500 gig. The newsletter is going
on 16 years with  many dozen builders. Mazda rotaries have been used in
aircraft starting in 1973.

Interesting, I see they have used the plugs up configuration, which
makes sense. But I don't see any clutch system to address a single
engine failure. maybe there is a shear pin system to address this.

Plugs up does not make sense unless the centre housing is designed for it.
Cooling oil drain back from the rotors is critical.

One HP is 756 watts. A watt is one amp at 1 volt. At 12 volts
746 watts is 756 / 12 or 63 amps per HP. An adequate water pump to cool
the rotary requires  3 HP or 189 Amps!! A typical alternator is less
than 100 amps.  So you see an electric water pump is NOT going to work.

Now the fuses on electric water pump are at most 30 amps.

That means the electric water pump is less than 63/30  HP or
.48 HP. No way in the world is that going to cool any engine.

This is not an opinion. It is facts and the laws of physics.

The people hyping electric water pumps are lying to you.
