Listen Kelly, where have you been all these years? :-) I know you
have been on the news letter for a long long time.
Mark Steitle and I came up with that idea 5 years ago.
My youtube video on the subject has 150,544 hits. That is an
extraordinary number of hits for a rotary video. Uploaded on Jan 10th
2010.

I asked Randy to start offering that service.

Paul,
The latest method eliminates the outer aluminum plates to seal
coolant.......Randy uses a press fit
aluminum sleeve over the stainless insert......Welds the stainless insert
as to your method.......Then
welds the aluminum sleeve to the outer housing to seal coolant instead of
the "O" ringed plates......
.His x Navy machinist says this method was used in many
stainless/aluminum connections on the
F-14 fighters he worked on........

First I heard about it.
Sounds good. Hope it works.
It is not on his web site.
