Paul,  I am thinking of getting an alloy spacer made to finalise my
flexdrive.  It has to bolt onto the 6 bolts that hold the flexplate to
the E shaft (or is that 8 bolts?)   So it has to be a circular plate
(spacer) that is approx 30mm high which then holds my cushion drive up
from the flexplate by that distance.  Probably gotten everyone confused
by now, but the question is who can do this drawing for me so it can be
fed into a CNC mill.  My mates here are too busy at the moment and could
take up to 6 weeks then  the wait to get it done.  It is very basic, and
uncomplicated, so to speed things up I am looking elsewhere at the moment.

Make a pencil and paper sketch and scan it as a jpg.
Send it to me as I have the bolt circle diameter on those six bolts
that go in the rear counter weight and I can make an IGES you
can send to the machine shop. Send me a picture of the rubber
coupling your using as well. While you are at it buy Rhino. Once
you get used to it you will wonder how you ever got along
with out it :-)

Another thing is that you also will be the first to know,  Ausfly is now
dead and replaced with --- OZKOSH!!!   It is growing on me regardless
(name).  2nd weekend in October  and a combination of every conceivable
general Aviation body on OZ.  Trying to organise a stand for rotaries
including the bloke who relines the inner surface    of the rotor housings.
He machines out the inner surface and replaces it with a complete bush.
Currently trying 2 engines with it already done.  Doing 10,000 km and then
will strip and inspect.  Interesting!


I suggest a minor change to  OZ-KOSH. Catches the eye better.

How is the one rotor coming? The timing is now given all the
troubles with Jaburus.
