       I suspect the first rope pull charges a large capacitor.
       That capacitor then provides the high current pulse required
       by the fuel injector.

   Pezio injectors need very little current. I wonder what they are doing for the fuel pump.

   A diaphragm pump connected to the intake manifold is the usual way
   for carbs.

If they are using an electronic based injection, (likely), they are going to need around 40 psi at least. Probably use an accumulator of some kind to smooth fluctuations. Interesting idea to drive it with coil pulses. Of course it could be purely mechanical. Bosch makes a sweet mechanical, but it would cost more than the engine!:-)
