I know some of you are designing and building your
own EFI using an Arduino or a Maximite. The Maximite
is ten times easier IMHO :-)

For some strange reason the Australians do a much better
job with electronics than any other country in
the world IMHO. The powerful and comprehensive,
widely used world wide and expensive Motec comes from
Australia and so does the very low cost Maximite.

There is a magazine published in Oz called Silicon Chip that
IMHO is the best English language  hobbyist electronic magazine
in the world. Very expensive to get it in the US for
some strange reason.

It must be the school system over there.

Now there is this book called "Tuning Programmable Engine
Management" by Julian Edgar an Australian living near Canberra
the capital of Oz. It is only about 50 pages but cost $40 US.
Well worth it. It uses a lot of example scans out of Motec software
and documentation but it can be very educational stand alone. It discusses
the basics of EFI in well written explanations.

I highly recommend it.
