Do you have the pin outs or a schematic on these scales. I want to interface them with a small computer that samples the data 10 times a second and records it on a Micro SD Card.

The weight readings are jumping around and being affected by the wind out doors.

Hi Paul:

The pin outs on Longacre scale cables are:

A = red       +'ve power supply (5 to 10 v)
B = black   -'ve power supply
C = green   +'ve signal (output in mv)
D = white   -'ve signal

The scales are sensitive and can be affected by wind out doors. We used to pass tach with a too light Formula Atlantic car if the wings were pointing into the wind!

Thanks a bunch Marty. I'll share with you  what I come up with.
Here is a video of what we are up too. We want to measure the
torque on this prop. Knowing the torque and rpm we can calculate
the HP and tune the engine. Poor mans aircraft engine prop  dyno.
We were  going to take the wings off anyway

No need to go to Cal City Dan.
