I experimented for a couple of hours and I came up
with 30 Milliseconds as the optimum software interrupt
period.

In one minute 2000 lines of measurements will be made.
Each line is 8 samples. 16,000 samples per minute.
266 samples per second.

If you need it faster you can do away with printing
it on the screen and just print to the file on the SD card.

The Gary Knutson mod it working great.

I stopped recording after one minute but that can be easily
changed.
