When I spoke with Jay a few weeks ago about funding, he said,

I get that.  He probably gets hit up ALL-the-time.  If he funded every
worthy project he wouldn't have enough left for his awesome garage and
show....

But I could always offer him a ride in a rotary powered airplane...
