Hey Paul,

I am going to need to make a redrive to incorporate with the new rotary
engine.

So the planetary will need to be small, light. I have a couple of
pictures you sent of a larger unit for the 13B's.

I need a recommendation for a smaller unit, that is light and easy to
locate. Also a recommendation for a hard elastic material to use as the
soft coupler to help prevent resonance or shock loads to the components.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Find an auto tx repair shop that has a collection of used parts.
Pick out a planetary set wherein the ring gear is twice the diameter
of the sun gear and send me the dimensions and jpg's. Make sure the
shop can order new ones if necessary. I will design a new GB
and send you the IGES.

I assume your NC Mill is working. What brand is it?
Do you have Solid Works or Rhino 3D or Bob Cad?

I built my mill, and the electronics are all off the shelf , I'm running Mach 3 and it works great. I can run pretty big parts comma and tools up to 1 inch.

I have SolidWorks 2012.

Maybe I should switch to Mach 3 from EMC  and you can help :-)

You can build gear boxes for other small rotaries.
